By using this product, you specifically agree to the following 

Please use proper care and precautions when using candles. Burn at your own risk, failure to follow proper burning instructions can result in fire, injury, or smoke damage. Make sure to read the warning label located on the bottom of the candle. Keep away and out of reach  from children and pets, and burn within sight. Do not light candle on or anything near that can catch on fire. It is recommended to place a lit candle on a level and stable, heat resistant coaster or surface to prevent any possibility of heat damage. Stop burning when ½” of unmelted wax remains. Trim wick ¼” before you relight your candle, this will ensure a long lasting candle. Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans, and air currents. Do not burn candles more than four hours at a time. Never leave your candle unattended. 

Jocey’s Candle Creations has a no return or exchange policy. In the event an item has been received damaged during shipping, the item may be replaced if it is new and unused. Return policy can be found on our website. No refund or return will be made if problems resulted from abuse, accident, or misuse of the item purchased. Please follow proper candle care instructions provided on the candle care card you received or on our website.

By purchasing and using this product you agree to indemnify and specifically hold Jocey’s Candle Creations LLC, free and harmless from any liability from incidental or consequential damages, from any third-party claims for damages against their property, and from any liability whatsoever arising out of the application or use of any product. Furthermore, Jocey’s Candle Creations will not be responsible for any damage that may occur due to misuse of its products or related directly or indirectly with candle burning.
